Stand Up Paddle Boarding Beginner Course
Paddle Boarding is great fun and we offer a a 1 1/2 hour lesson in the estuary where it is shallow and has flat water. We will teach you how to get going, to turn around and all safety aspects. Two hours for £45 per student all equipment included. After a few hire practice sessions you will be ready for a tour or perhaps jumping into the waves. All of it is very enjoyable and great exercise.
